    15 1/2 oz cannellini beans (drained and rinsed well)
    14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 Tbl balsamic vinegar
    8 oz can Pillsbury refigerated garlic breadsticks
    1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim
    4 Tbl shredded (hard) parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp dried bsil leaves, crushed
    1 Tbl chopped fresh parsley, if desired


1, Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray a 3-quart glass casserole with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix beans, tomatoes, chicken and vinegar.
3. Unroll dough; seperate into 8 breadsticks. Cut each breadstick into 4 equal pieces. Stir 1/4 of the breadstick pieces at a time into the bean mixture.
4. Stir in half of both cheeses. Spoon into a baking dish, gently smoothing top. Top evenly with remaining cheese and sprinkle with basil.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and top is golden brown.
