    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. sugar
    sprinkle cinnamon
    3 tbsp. melted butter


Add each ingredient, one at a time, and mix well after each ingredient with a wire wisk. Spray pan lightly with with cooking spray. Use a 1/4 c. measure to spoon batter onto hot pan. Cook until the pancake bubbles on the uncooked side. Once it bubbles flip it. Cook until light brown. Serves 5 people. There are 2, 4
