    2 cans black beans
    1 can sweet corn
    1 container salsa
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    1/2 avocado
    .25 c plain fat free yogurt


1. In a large pan, combine beans, corn and salsa. cook over low-medium heat.
2. in a frying pan, brown ground turkey. when fully cooked, drain meat.
3. add turkey to bean, salsa, and corn mixture.
4. cook for 10-15 minutes on low-medium heat.
5. garnish with avocado, yogurt and cheddar cheese.
6. enjoy!

ps. : this can be used as filling for taco shells, or on it's own. also, adding hot sauce gives this dish a little kick.

pps. I didn't obsess over the nutritional calculations, so you might want to be more exact if that's how you roll.
