    1-1/2 c flour
    3/4 c oats
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c non-fat milk
    1/2 c packed brown sugar
    1/4 c unsweetened apple sauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    3/4 c blueberries


Stir together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In separate bowl, combine egg, milk, brown sugar, applesauce and vanilla. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir together. Fold blueberries into batter and spoon into muffin tins (3/4 full). 12 muffins.
Bake 400 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
