    1 LB. Ground beef
    1/2 cup Onion
    1/4 cup Catsup
    1 Tsp. Mustard
    2 Tsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbs. vinegar
    about 1/2 cup water

    You can make it tangy or sweet depending on you taste.


Brown ground beef and onions together in sauce pan. Add catsup, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Simmer to blend flavors. Serve over hamburger bun or bread.
