Ingredients

1/3 C walnuts
1/3 C almonds
1/3 C sunflower seeds
1 C carrots
4 tsp. garlic
1 C lentils
2 tsp. ginger root
2 tbsp. rosemary
1/8 C jalapeno peppers
1/4 C olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Directions
All nuts are soaked for 1 hour
Lentils are soaked for 7 hours
Add everything to the food processor and then form into patties. Place on a cookie sheet and dehydrate or put in regular oven at 150 degrees for 3 hours.
