    1 1/4 C Flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 C brown sugar
    1/4 C honey
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 large egg
    2 large egg whites
    4 medium bananas (mashed)
    1 C dry oatmeal


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add eggs and honey to dry mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake until top is golden brown and the muffins are firm to touch. 30-35 minutes. Remove and cool. Makes 15 muffins.

    I have never bought wheat flour. It would most likely be a better alternative. Thank you! :-)
