Ingredients

    2/3 c. lowfat milk
    4 plantains
    1/3 c. brown sugar

Directions

Peel black plantains and slice. Pour milk and sprinkle brown sugar over them. Bake in preheated oven until milk begins to solidify. Yum! Yum! Makes 4 servings (1 serving equals 1/4 plantain).
