Ingredients

4 c carrot pulp (leftover from prior juicing)
1 c sundried tomatoes (soaked 1 hr + & pureed in blender)
1/3 c olive oil
1/2 red onion, finely minced
3 t onion pwd
2 t garlic pwd
3 t chili pwd
2 t cumin
1/4 t cayenne
1 t sea salt
1 T dark unpasturized miso paste
Directions
serves 8
using your hands, mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. let sit for an hour or more for flavors to meld.
best served warmed in dehydrator at 105 degrees.
