  • Why is every web site trying to sell me a Redi-set-go cook book? All I want are a few simple, lo fat, lo cal recipes. This one sounds great and I'm definitely going to make it. Can anyone give me other sites to go to for more recipes? - 7/4/09

  • This is one of my favorite breakfasts! I use a low carb/high fiber tortilla, 1 egg w/ 2 egg whites, (water instead of milk cause milk makes my eggs soggy) vegetarian cheese (melts nicely, low cal and lots of flavors), and salsa. Great way to start the day!! - 4/20/09

  • Tasty, even though i don't have the get n go cooker thing. i added some cayenne pepper to my eggs while they were cooking for some extra zip. thanks for sparking my morning in more way than one, spark (1) as in SP, spark (2) as in spicy goodies. ; ) have a great day - 4/20/09

I would definitely use a lower calorie tortilla to bring that calorie count. The low carb, high fiber types are only 50-100 calories each. Low fat cheese, definitely! - 4/3/09
