    1 small (frozen) banana
    1 cup lite soy milk
    1/10 block firm tofu
    1/4 cup egg beater
    dash vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon splenda

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender (1-2 cubes ice can be added) pulverize. Drink. Makes one healthy serving.
