    1 (10 3/4 oz) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    1 pouch onion soup and recipe mix
    2 lbs. ground venison
    2 slices light wheat bread, dry and crumbled
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. water


1. Mix 1/2 c. mushroom soup, onion soup mix, venison, bread crumbs, and egg. Place in loaf pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until done. Spoon off fat; reserve 1 to 2 T. drippings
3. In 1 qt. saucepan, combine remaining mushroom soup, water, and reserved drippings over low heat. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
4. Slice meatloaf, place on plate and top with 1 to 2 T. of soup mixture.
