Ingredients

    16 oz package frozen scallops, (thawed and drained)
    1 or 2 crowns fresh broccoli ,
    1 small yellow squash sliced thinly
    1 bunch asparagus
    6 green onions with greens attached
    1 clove garlic diced
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 slice bacon
    bay seasoning

Directions

Dice bacon and saute' to render fat, add olive oil, saute scallops dusted with bay seasoning for about 30 seconds, add the rest of the ingredients rough chopped, saute for about 5 minutes and serve.
