Number of Servings: 3


    1 c.winter squash
    1 zuchinni (small to med)
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 large onion
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    1 large tomato
    1 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil
    1 TBSP Honey
    Mrs. Dash


Prepare pasta acording to directions
In a pan sautee all fo the vegetables with the olive oil add salt and pepper to your preference with a little Mrs. Dash. Add a TBSP of honey for a slightly sweet factor (slightly)

Make three servings
1/2 cup pasta and 1 cup veggies make 1 serving
