Wonderful Fruit Salad or after dinner dessert. You can substitute a variety of fruits to achieve the taste that you would most enjoy. The family loved it so I decided to share the recipe. Ingredients

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 sups grapes
3 oranges, peeled, seeded and cubed
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup chopped crystallized ginger
2 Tbl honey
Directions
Toss all of the fruit in a large bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour dressing over fruit, cover and marinade in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.
