    4 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
    3/4 c kalamata olives
    3/4 c sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    3 T chopped fresh basil
    2 T chopped garlic, fresh
    2 T balsamic vinegar
    4 T extra-virgin olive oil
    12 ounces penne pasta
    salt and ground pepper
    3/4 c fresh feta cheese crumbles


In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, vinegar and olive oil.

Cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain. Add to the tomato mixture and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with feta and serve.
