    1 pkg Betty Crocker® Super Moist® Carrot cake mix
    1 1/3 cups water
    5 egg whites
    1/2 cup Musselman's Lite applesauce
    1 container Pampa Soft & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting


1) Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only with nonstick cooking spray.
2) Beat cake mix water, egg whites, and applesauce on LOW speed for 30 seconds, then on MEDIUM speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into prepared pan.
3) Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
4) Cool completey before frosting.
