Ingredients

    8 oz lean ground turkey, cooked and drained
    .5 cup each ground carrot, zucchini, apple.
    .5 cup low-sodium, sugar-free salsa
    6 inch whole wheat or brown rice wraps
    .25 cup yogurt cheese
    hummus
    salad greens and/or sprouts

Directions

Makes 6 wraps
1. Combine salsa with cooked ground turkey in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Spread each wraps with two tablespoons yogurt cheese or hummus. Place a handful of sprouts and salad greens on top.
3. Divide the grated mixture among the wraps and top with ground turkey/salsa mixture. Fold the bottom of the wrap up and then roll tightly toward the center. Wrap each wrap in waxed paper. Pack into lunches or refrigerate for later use.
