Introduction

Oriental chicken with fresh vegtables and almonds Oriental chicken with fresh vegtables and almonds
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, No Skin Cut into cubes
    One each red and yellow bell peppers
    One small onion
    1/5 cup fresh snow peas
    1 tblsp Sesame Seeds
    1/4 cup almonds
    1/8 cup corn starch
    1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions

Add corn starch, half of sesame seeds and chicken broth to cubed chicken, marinate at least 15 min.
Cook chicken over very hot heat in large skillet ot wok for 10-12 minutes.
Cook remaining ingredients (execpt sesame seeds) about 3-5 minutes.
Return chicken to cooked vegtables add sesame seeds and coninue cooking 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice ( not included in nutritional information)
