    8 oz of Ronzoni Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
    1 jar of Prego Mushroom Parmesan Spaghetti Sauce
    1 small can of sliced mushrooms
    1 cup of part skim milk grated mozzarella cheese
    1 pound of ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 serving of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (approximately 16 slices)


Brown ground turkey in a pan
At the same time boil penne noodles.
When finished layer penne noodles, ground turkey, mushrooms, prego, and 1/2 of the pepperoni in a casserole dish. Mix ingredients together. Top with Cheese and the rest of the pepperoni. Bake on 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
