    1 lb. fat free ground turkey
    1 lb. 4% fat lean ground beef
    2 pkg. reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
    2 cans black beans, drained & rinsed
    3/4 c. catalina dressing, light or fat free
    1 can corn, drained
    totilla chips
    shredded cheddar cheese
    light sour cream
    lettuce shredded


Brown turkey & beef, drain. Add taco seasoning mix, beans and corn and mix together. Place chips in a bowl and top with meat mixture. Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and salsa to taste.
Makes 10 servings.
