Ingredients

    1.5 cups flour
    2 T. sugar
    1 t. soda
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1 t. vanilla
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce

Directions

makes 22 pancakes, nutritional info for one pancake

sift dry ingredients and add pecans. in a separate bowl mix other ingred well; add to dry ingredients and stir only until mixed.

drop about 3 T. for each pancake on a griddle approx 350 degrees.
