    8 oz of precooked chicken
    1 can of 97% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
    1 tube of reduced fat cresent rolls
    salt and pepper to taste


preheat oven to 350. spray 9x9 baking dish with pam, layer 4 of the crescent rolls on the bottom spreading all the way to the edges and bake for 10 mins. meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. put in pan and cover with remaining 4 cresent rolls. bake for 30 additional minutes. makes 4 servings
