This was another favorite, easy to make, recipe for quick family lunches. Time was important in our always busy and on-the-go family. Makes 12 delicious open-faced, toasted snacks, or lunches. Ingredients

    1 5 oz. jar cheese spread with pimento
    1 5 oz. can chunk-style ham, chopped (1/2 cup)
    2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped
    Toasted English Muffins or "Rusks", buttered

Directions

Combine cheese spread, ham, and chopped egg. Store mixture tightly covered in refrigerator. To serve, spread on toasted English muffins or rusks. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes. If desired, garnish with additional egg slices. Makes 1 1/2 cups of spread.
