    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    heat these together in sauce pan

    1 quart fat free half and half
    2 cups skim milk
    add these to above pan removed from heat; return pan to heat and cook until thickened

    5 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 lb. shrimp or scallops
    1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
    add to above pan once thickened

    4 large potatoes, cubed
    2 cups broccoli
    boil 10 minutes before adding to to above pan.


Simmer 30 min.
