    1/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1/4 cup unsalted butter
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
    3 cups Mornflake Oats - Jumbo Porridge (grown in Scotland) or your favorite rolled oats
    1 tsp vanilla extract


1) In a large saucepan over medium heat, stir together the cocoa, Splenda, butter, and skim milk. Heat until Splenda is melted; remove from heat.
2) Stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let stand until firm.
Makes about 48 cookies
