Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/8c warm water
    2c whole wheat flour
    1/4c ground flax
    3/4c rye flour
    1 1/2 t salt
    1/3 c molasses
    1T dry milk powder
    1 1/2T olive oil
    1 1/2 t yeast
    3t gluten

Directions

Use the whole wheat setting, 1/5lbs loaf, light crust. Add ingredients according to manufacturers instructions. The nutrition is calculated using 12 slices per loaf (I usually cut more than that).
