    1 (8 ounce) container fat-free sour cream
    1 tablespoon 2% milk
    1 tablespoon cracked pepper
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/4 cup minced onion
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 cups hot cooked linguine (about 8 ounces uncooked), cooked and drained
    2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Combine sour cream, milk and pepper in small bowl, stir well and set aside.

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, saute 3 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Add pasta and sour cream mixture, toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, serve immediately. six servings. (3/4 cup each)
