Ingredients

    1 medium onion(1 cebolla mediana)
    1 medium green pepper(1 pimiento verde mediano)
    1/2 cup olive oil(1/2 taza aceite de oliva)
    1/2 cup tomato sauce(1/2 taza salsa tomate)
    1 packet seasoning Goya(1 sobrecito de sazon Goya)
    4 cans tuna in water(4 latas de atun en agua)

Directions

1) Chop onion and pepper very small.(Pique la cebolla y el pimiento bien pequenito.)
2) Sautee onions and pepper in olive oil.(Sofria la cebolla y el pimiento en el aceite de oliva.)
3) Add tomato sauce and seasoning.(Agregue la salsa de tomate y el sazon.)
4) Cook at low heat for 2 minutes more or less.(Cocine a fuego bajo por 2 minutos mas o menos.)
5) Drain water from tuna cans and add to the mixture.(Escurra el agua del atun y agregue a la mezcla.)
6) Stir and cook for 4 minutes more.(Mueva y cocine por otros 4 minutos)
7) Let it cool and serve with crackers or saltines. Make 20 portions.(Deje enfriar y sirva con galletas o saladitas.Rinde 20 raciones.)
