    2 lbs round steak
    2 cups green peppers, chopped
    1 cube beef bouillon, prepared
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


Cut steak into serving portions. Place half the steak in Crockpot. Arrange peppers on steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Serve over rice.
