    9 egg roll wrappers
    16 oz. extra lean ground turkey
    1.5 cup Fat Free Marinara
    1/2 cup low fat Ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup Fat Free Mozzarella
    garlic and other seasonings to taste


Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and seasonings to taste. Turn off heat and add 1/2 cup marinara and all of Ricotta Cheese. Stir to combine.

Spray a cooking dish with oil. Scoop equal servings of meat mixture into each egg roll wrapper. Moisten each corner of the wrapper and fold into a packet shape. Place in baking dish and cover with remaining marinara and any meat mixture that is left. Cover with Mozzarella.

Cover dish with foil and bake in a 400 degree over for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook an additional 10 minutes.
