Cheesy Garlic and Herbs flavor my baked Asparagus Cheesy Garlic and Herbs flavor my baked Asparagus
Number of Servings: 5


    1 Bunch of Asparagus, prepared for cooking (appx. 189 gm/26 spears) This is the weight after snapping off ends
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Tsp Mrs Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning


Wash Asparagus, snap off tough ends, pat dry.

Place Asparagus Spears in a baking dish. (Cover baking dish with foil for easy clean up if desired.)

Drizzle Olive oil over spears, roll and coat evenly.

Combine Mrs Dash and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over asparagus. Stir gently to coat.

Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes depending on tenderness desired. I only cook for 10 minutes to keep it crisp.

Makes 5 servings of 5 spears per serving.
