Yummy Ginger Chicken without all the fuss.. Yummy Ginger Chicken without all the fuss..

    2 1/2 lbs of boneless/skinless chick. breast cut into bitesize pieces

    4 TBSP of Newman's Own Sesame Ginger Dressing

    5 Cloves of garlic, grated w/ a hand grater

    3 TBSP of Canola Oil (or less if you can do it in one batch).


Place Chicken in a large bowl, cover with dressing, add grated garlic. Mix thoroughly. Sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a pan on med heat and add oil, when oil is heated add chicken and cook until no longer pink.

This recipe makes aprox. 10- 4oz servings.
