Ingredients

    8 oz. ground turkey
    2 large Egg, whites only no yolk
    2/3 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    Seasonings (Garlic, Onion Powder, etc)

Directions

Form ground turkey into 2 4 oz. patties.
Dip into egg.
Coat patty w/ bread crumbs.
Sprinkle on any seasoning of your choice.
Cook on grill or stove for approximately 12 min. or until middle is no longer pink.

*Additional toppings or bun not included in calorie total!

***Makes two 4 oz. burgers.
