This is full of calories but so good! This is full of calories but so good!

    Lasagna noodles
    1 lb ground beef ( I use very lean)
    8 ounces chorizo sausage (optional)
    2 cans fat free refried beans
    about 3 or 4 cups of cheese, I used a mild mexican cheese and sharp cheddar, you can use what you like.
    salsa, about a cup
    taco seasoning


make ground beef according to taco seasoning instructions. Brown sausage.

put about 1/3 of the salsa in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, layer noodles, refried beans, meat and cheese. add a little more salsa and then make another layer. Continue until pan is full with the final layer being cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes, until cheese is melted and starting to brown and sauce is bubbly.
