    Stock - chicken or vegetable


Makes about 3-4 servings
chop onions and soften in pan with olive oil or butter.
Chop parsnips and add with onions.
Chop celery and add.
Boil up stock - chicken or veggie and add about 1 litre.
Finely chop ginger root - or dried ginger and add to taste.
Boil for about 30-40 mins - add water and season to taste. Blend and serve!
