Ingredients

    mushrooms, nonfat milk, eggs, swiss cheese, canadian bacon, ready made pie crust.

Directions

Prepare pie crust.
Crumble swiss cheese and put into the crust then place canadian bacon evenly on bottom of crust. Mix the rest of ingredients and poor into the crust. Bake 15 minutes at 400 then reduce heat to 325 and cook an additional 30 minutes.
