Ingredients

    28 oz green fettucine(28 oz. fettucine verde)
    1 cup melted butter(1 taza mantequilla derretida)
    1/2 lb Prosciutto, shredded(1/2 taza prosciutto cortado en tiritas)
    1 cup parmesan cheese shredded(1 taza queso parmesano rallado)
    Pepper(pimienta)

Directions

1) Cook fettucine as directed in package "al dente". (Cocine los fettucine segun indica el paquete "al dente").
2) Drain and add in half of butter and stir.(Escurra y agregue la mitad de la mantequilla y muevalos.)
3) Sautee prosciutto in the remaining butter. When it get brownish, stir in the fettucine and add a dash of ground black pepper.(Saltee el prosciutto en la mantequilla restante hasta que se dore; mezcle los fettucine y agregue una pizca de pimienta negra molida.)
4) Serve 6 persons(Sirve 6 personas.)
