Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    3 large egg whites
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    1 tbsp chopped green bell pepper
    1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
    2 tbsp Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1) Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray and add olive oil. Swirl the skillet aroung to distribute oil; place over medium heat.
2) Beat egg and egg whites together. Add onions, peppers and shredded cheese.
3) Add egg mixture to skillet and cook until set, stirring as often as needed.
Serves 1
