Introduction
This recipe came from lunchesbythemonth.com. A great resouce for inventive bagged lunches. I substituted creamer for non-fat milk pwdr. Use whatever you have on hand.I gave these to my preschoolers for lunch and gave grape jelly for dipping.

Ingredients

1/4 Cup peanut butter
1/8 Cup non-fat dry milk or creamer
1 Tbsp honey
graham cracker crumbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs.
Form mixture into 1" balls.
Roll peanut butter balls in graham cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate until served.
Yield: 6-8 balls (2 servings)
Serve with jelly to dip. (not included in nutritionals)
