    Half of a medium onion chopped
    1 Pack of Saffron Yellow Long Grain Rice
    1 Chicken Breast, chopped
    1 can of Yellow Sweet Corn (drained)
    1 cup Kroger Frozen
    2 can Chicken Broth
    2 cups of water
    1 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    1 tsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
    1 slice of bacon


Put chicken broth and water into a pot. Chop onions, add to broth. Add veggies, corn, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. add chicken. cook for about 5-8 minutes. add rice. cut up bacon raw. fry bacon piece in a pan, add to soup cook for 20-30 minutes or until rice is done. Stir frequently
