    1 1/2 cup chicken broth(1 1/2 taz caldo pollo)
    1/2 cup corn meal(1/2 taza de harina de maiz)
    1/2 tsp salt(1/2 cdta sal)
    2 tbsp butter(2 cdas mantequilla)
    1/4 cup sweet corn, canned(1/4 tazas granos de maiz)


1) Boil chicken broth and add the cornmeal stirring until thickened.(Hierva el caldo de pollo y agregue la harina de maiz moviendo hasta que espese.)
2) Add butter and sweet corn.(Agregue la mantequilla y los granos de maiz.)
3) On four small baking mold, greased previously, pour the cornmeal leveling with border. Cover with saran wrap touching the cornmeal so it won't dry.( en cuatro moldes pequenos de hornear, engrasados previamente, vierta la mezcla hasta nievlar con el borde.Cubra con papel plastico(saran) para que no se reseque.)
4) You can save the Polenta and heat in microwave oven at high heat for 20 minutes or in conventional oven at 250 degrees F for 10 minutes.(Puede guardar la Polenta y calentar en microondas a temperatura alta por 20 minutos o calentar en horno convencional por 10 minutos en 250 grados F.)
5) Serve 4 persons(sirve 4 personas.)
