Number of Servings: 4


    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Jalapeno Peppers (from jar), 2 Tbsp. chopped
    Onions, dried, 2 tbsp chopped
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    (can add a little sugar or sweetener to make a bit sweeter if the tomatoes you are using are too sour... but add a tiny amount at a time!)


Combine all ingredients and serve... makes about four 1/2 cup servings. (the dried onions will absorb the moisture and regain a soft texture).
