    2 packages instant cake mix(2 paquetes mezcla instantanea de pastel)


    10 oz. cream cheese(10 oz queso crema)
    7 oz. chocolate shredded(7 oz de chocolate rallado)
    1/2 cup almond ground(1/2 taza de almendras picaditas)
    1/2 cup sugar(1/2 taza azucar)
    1 tbsp orange peel ground(i cda ralaldura de china)


    1/2 cup butter, softened(1/2 taza mantequilla suave)
    1 tsp vanilla extract(1 cdta extracto vainilla)
    10 oz powdered sugar(10 oz azucar en polvo)
    4 tbsp instant coffee(4 cdas de cafe instantaneo)
    1/2 cup cocoa(1/2 taza cocoa en polvo)


1-Prepare the dough following package instructions and fill the round baking pan, previously greased.
(Prepare la masa segun las instrucciones del paquete and rellene el molde de hornear redondo.)
2-Bake it at 300 degrees F for 1 1/2 hour or until the tip of the fork comes out clean.
(hornee a 300 grados F pr 1 1/2 hora o hasta que la punta del tenedor salga limpia.)
3-Take it out and let it cool to environment temperature.Don't take it out of baking pan-this cake can be done one week before and freeze it in aluminum foil and let it defrost for 2 hours before using it.
(Saque fuera del horno y deje enfriar a temperatura ambiente.No lo saque del molde.-este pastel se puede hacer hasta con una semana de anticipacion, congelarlo en papel aluminio y descongelar 2 horas antes de usarse.)

In a bowl, mix fillling ingredients.With a sharp knife, divide the cake in 3 parts and extend a good portions of filling en 2 lower parts.
(En un envase, mezcle todos los ingredientes del relleno.Con un cuchillo afilado corte el pastel en 3 partes y extiende una buena porcion de relleno en las 2 capas inferiores.)


In a bowl, with a mixer beat butter until it is foamy.

Add vanilla, salt and keep mixing and add sugar very slowly, alternating with coffee dissolved in 6 tbsp water.

When the mixture is consistent, put aside 3 tbsp to decorate the cake.Add the cocoa and beat for 3 more minutes.
