    1/2 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, cranberries and raspberries.
    1 banana
    6 oz light yogurt
    1 cup light orange juice
    2 tbs benefiber(optional)

Directions

Combile all ingredients in blender - if too thick add more OJ.
