    12 slices whole wheat white bread
    6 beaten eggs
    1 c sugar free vanilla creamer
    1 c fat free half and half
    2 tbsp light maple syrup
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt


Mix together egg, creamer, half and half, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour 1/2 cup of mixuture into a 13 x 9 in pan. Place 6 slices of bread in two rows into pan. Cover with 1/2 of the remaining mixture. Add another layer of bread on top of the first. Cover with the remaining mixutre. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour (over night is best). Heat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for appx. 35-45 minutes or until top is golden brown and bread springs back when touched. Serve with syrup or fruit. A great idea for brunch!
