    1 package whole wheat fettucine
    1 10 oz package fresh spinach
    1 C sliced mushrooms
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 C FF half and half
    4 oz cream cheese
    4 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
    1/4 C white flour
    1 Tbsp light butter
    1 Tbsp olive oil


Heat water to boiling. Add pasta and cook until done. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Heat olive oil in pan. Saute garlic until soft. Add spinach and mushrooms and cook until spinach softens.

In separate pan, add butter and melt. Mix in flour until makes a paste. Add half and half until flour mixture becomes smooth. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Add parmesan, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Mix in spinach/mushroom mixture. Then pour all over pasta and serve.
