    1 tube of reduced fat cresent rolls
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning
    1.5 cups of mixed fresh veggies chopped very small ( i use brocolli, red onion, and carrot)
    1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese


preheat oven according to your crescent roll package. spary a baking sheet with pam and sread crescent rolls in a flat layer to make the crust. pinch the rolls together so there are no holes and bake according to the package until golden brown. let it cool completely. meanwhile, mix the sour cream and ranch seasoning together. spread evenly over crust. then spinkle cheese on and top with veggies. makes 8 nice size pieces.
