Ingredients

    3 cup Coleslaw mix
    Cilantro to taste (i use a lot)
    1/2 cup chopped red onions
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

chop red onions and cilantro.

mix all ingredients.
