Ingredients

    1.5 cups dry small red beans
    1.5 cups dry pinto beans
    1.5 cups chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 can (14.5 oz) Schnucks diced tomatoes no salt
    1 Tbsp minced garlic

Directions

cook dry beans for about an hour-- while cooking
fry ground beef drain and rinse under hot water
return to fry pan with onions peppers and garlic
saute about 10 minutes add to beans (may have to add a little more water) add seasoning and tomatoes
( may have to add some additional seasonings to your liking)
